This is a great preamp from Peavey, with both a real tube preamp and a solid state side that can be blended or switched between the two. The tube side has bass-middle-treble controls, punch and bright buttons, and pre-post gain controls. The solid state side has a 7-band graphic EQ, low and high shelving controls, and pre-post gain.
On the back side, there are jacks for a foot switch, both high-Z and low-Z direct outs, as well as full-range and low-high outs for biamping. A switchable effects loop, too. In all a very versatile right that's great for the studio or run into a power amp for playing live.
I bought this preamp used several years ago and it has had only light use in my home studio setup. The top is scratched, but the front and back panels are in much better cosmetic shape. Everything worked as it should the last time I plugged it in.
