For sale Feeler/advice/opinions? 1969 Fender Jazz

A little help would be greatly appreciated! So I have owned this bass for twenty years and we have covered thousands of miles together without any issue ever. Great sounding and I bought her in London on the understanding that she was a 1969, but have always had a niggling doubt. I’d really appreciate any thoughts from you guys and can provide as many shots as needed. I have removed the neck and taken a couple of shots - the body has been stripped and refinished (not by me) and for some reason the tort pickguard has been hacked about a bit. I’m a bit nervous about taking out and inspecting the pups, slightly out of my comfort zone!

I’m asking because I think after all these years I’m going 5 string from here on in.
