Time to get this beautiful old player into the hands of someone new.
Want to be clear that this bass is not all original - tuners, neck, serial plate, and body are all original but the rest is not. When I got it it was completely stripped and had a new rosewood fingerboard ( outstanding grain and feels great.) I had it refinished in nitrocellulose along with a newer pick guard and new decal. I believe the pickups are from 1966 but I’ll know for sure when I pull it apart again for more photos.
Having said that it’s hands down the best P-bass I’ve ever played. Neck finish is worn perfectly and you will not want to put this one down.
Buyer to pay shipping method of their choice. I will post photos of neck day stamp, pickup, and pots soon but in the meantime look at those I’ve posted below.
