I had a difficult time deciding whether I should sell this guitar but need to fund tuition for pharm school. Hopefully, I can get this baby back in some years later
Up for Sale is Yamaha BBNE2 with Rare All black hardware. Everything is same with original gold hardware parts except for the tuners. (Black tuner was not available at the time of production so it came with differently shaped gotoh tuner. Now you can get the same shape of tuners for $75 or so off the eBay, GB720)
As per Yamaha customer service rep. This bass is made in Japan from 2002. The bass was played regularly on Sundays and never been abused. It has regular signs of wear(dings, scratches and some paint chips. see pics) but no functional issues at all. The guitar was well maintained with regular set-up by local luthier (Jack Romano in Conshohocken PA). Fodera round wound nickel plated steel strings (Low B - Standard: .045 .065 .085 .105 .125) are on but it might need a new set of string.
