Details

Hi all,

Up for grabs is this killer Reverend Rumblefish PJ bass w/ original hard case. Bass was made in USA around 2003-2004.

These are now discontinued and quite rare. This bass is 1 of just 106 total Rumblefish PJs. It is 1 of 10 PJs in Brushed Aluminum Lake Superior Blue, and 1 of 6 in this color with no racing stripe (I prefer the no stripe version). Super cool finish that really reacts to light.

This bass is a real player and plays great with low action. Neck is straight, truss rod works great.

Currently strung with a fresh set of GHS Pressurewounds. Sounds AWESOME.

Bass also comes with an extra B/W/B pickguard

Bass is in great shape. The bass came from an estate sale before I got it and looked like it spent most of its life in the case. There are a few scratches I've tried to picture, and there's a tiny hairline crack in the J pickup plastic (affects nothing and is very hard to notice, I only noticed after really looking the bass over closely), but the bass is in awesome shape overall.

Back up for sale, I need to raise some money for some other expenses.

This bass isn't getting as much playing time as it deserves! Someone will get a good one.

As a former Rumblefish owner, I will also attest to the quality of these instruments, but especially to the sound, which is fantastic!

Love mine too. These basses are awesome. So punchy and resonant. The necks are great very fast and mine feels just a well broken in vintage Jazz bass. Dub56 your bass is beautiful and has the correct tuxedo case. Someone will be getting a very nice bass. GLWTS

You described them very well! That's a beautiful Fish you have there as well, love the white/white/maple on it.

It is really tough to let this one go, but I'm keeping my other Fish and I can't justify keeping them both at the moment. I'm just not giving this awesome PJ the playing time it deserves, as much as I like it. Someone snag this rare bird (err.. Fish) up!

Thanks I also have the JJ setup on a fully loaded silver guard and an extra gold guard. Original tuxedo case, factory Reverend strap and a printed factory brochure signed by Joe Naylor. Once again GLWTS.

Love these instruments so much.
The tone is incredible and the neck is super fast.

I currently have the gold version I am attaching here and its my favorite bass I have ever owned.
I wont ever part with it but now You've got me wanting another one as a back up.

Are you interested in any trades or just straight cash?
I have a Gibson Guitar I could offer if thats something you would be in to.

I agree, these are excellent basses! Definitely hard to let go of this one... Your Gold Fish looks really nice as well

Regarding trades, I'm mostly interested in a sale on this one. Feel free to PM any trade offers/discussions, but I'm primarily after cash to cover some other expenses.
