Nice compressed sound and more grit on the overdrive and boost with the volume pot-switch in its down position - pull up on the volume pot (comp-cut mode) for TONS of super clean headroom and you can (if desired!) drive your input tubes into high saturation. Add in the boost section and you've got even more. Two independent footswitchable levels of drive/boost, and with the added tone control, you've got a LOT of tonal/saturation options on your way in, let alone whatever you choose to do with your amp's controls/effects loop downstream.
Works absolutely flawlessly, including the 9v power jack (I hear these can sound even yet better with 18v, but I just haven't had the occasion to try that out). Cosmetically, Perfect condition, resided in a studio, never gigged. Also, if you're not familiar with Mike Fuller's earlier pedals, the feet would dry out, crack and fall all apart. I have just replaced them with some brand-new, better quality ones from Fulltone.
