I'm going to say mint condition because I can't honestly find a scratch or a blemish on the guitar except for one little Nick on the pick guard- neck is straight as an arrow-
Frets are in perfect condition , plays and sounds like a dream!!! Original case that has never left my house.
Except for a couple of gigs this was mostly used for home recording .
