MesaBoogie 400 Bass Amp
All Tube in great condition. 8-4-2 Ohm capable.
6 band EQ with rotary EQ ability as well for tons of tonal options.
2 input channels for Active and Passive basses.
Awesome clean tone and power with new tubes (6550's) installed within this last year.
I think I'm going to have to ship this bad boy out..
Looking at 825 shipped Paypal Ok.

I will definitely buy, but I too would have to ship. If the case is included with the amp it would really protect it good. If not I would buy the case to protect it and if your not selling the case at all I could ship you a protective case 1st. I’ve shipped many tube amps and the way to do it is take all tubes out and wrap each well in tissue and then a small amount of bubble wrap and put all in separate box to ship together. I’ve never had a single problem doing it this way. Let me know.

Please verify if it includes the case. Someone mentioned about splitting wattage across the outputs. You never replied to that. I too would like to know more about that.

Im not sure about splitting wattage but you can split Ohmage by running a couple cabs. It has 2 4ohm outs and 2 8 ohm outs for speakers. Max power/wattage is at running cab configuration of 2ohms

This is all dependent on what the cab impedance is. If you hook up two 8 ohms cabs for a total of 4 ohms, the wattage would get split right down the middle. If you split them up using cabs with different impedances, it can get a little technical about which one would get what power.

How is this still here at this price? Like, seriously. This is one of the all time classics. It's a super simple design that sounds so good and it's lightweight and easy to move around when compared to most other tube amps. I've owned several of these throughout the years. If I had the need, I'd buy this with a quickness.
