Bumblebee Bb-D1 DI. Great sounding DI with tubey tone, open high end. These come in kit form from the EU, selling for about $170 shipped to the US. Had a local amp tech assemble it. I've enjoyed this DI greatly, far superior to my Countryman and BSS DIs. Perfect condition. You can't beat this DI for anywhere near the money. Note that it does not use a battery, only 48V phantom power. Price includes shipping.
