They fit the 50s and 60s Fender Bass Tuning Machine footprint. Any Road Worn Jazz Bass, including the Flea. Any Road Worn P Bass except the Nate Mendel. Most newer Fender Japan and Mexican made 60s Reissue P or J Basses.

You can actually put them over the 80's style tuners as well. Just need carefully install and it'll cover up the holes.
