Details

Lakland only produced 30 of these original Duck Dunn basses. This is an '03 model, crafted in Korea. After much thought, I've decided to take this off the market for the time being. Been playing it a lot in my practice room and every time I pick it up I think to myself, "you'll regret selling this."

15 year old bass...1st owner?...all original?...
yeah, she's 15 years old. I've had her for the last 7. Not sure how many other hands she's been thru but she's worn it all very well.. All original.

Beautiful! Any idea which neck is on it? I've always loved these, but avoided them because I thought they all had a Jazz neck/nut width.

Edit: I understand the nut width is 1.75", just after a little more info on the rest of the neck, if possible.

So far as I know, it's a standard skyline p-bass neck, 1.75" nut. Since I've had it, I've never had to adjust the neck after the initial set up. Truss rod works very well. Maple fret board, very little fret wear. Don't know what else I can tell ya. Thanks for looking...

It's tempting but I already have a Lakland/Pedigo PJ and....shhh...I'm not that crazy about P basses. Just don't care for single pickup basses. But this a great bass. GLWTS.

Sent you a PM Scott. Make note of the updated info on the bass case. Cream HSC had a hole eaten thru the end of it. Will substitute an SKB Freedom case. Much better case, IMO. Lighter and more durable. It's my working case of choice.

I own this same bass and have to say that there is something really special about this era of Laklands. Build quality, fit, finish and overall tone are excellent. GLWYS!

Amazing basses that you rarely see - if I could play this nut width, I would have bought it already!

Someone needs this bass.
