Like new, Gallien-Krueger Plex Preamp. Velcro has been added to the feet. Original packaging, A/C adapter, and paperwork all included. NO issues at all. Only had it for a few weeks (original owner) and have not plugged it into a computer, so don't know about the "firmware" stuff. It was very recently purchased and everything works fine. Got an awesome Xotic bass from a member here and no longer need an active pre-amp as I'm no longer going passive.
