The bass is perfectly fine, as confirmed by my master, to whom I wore it again yesterday. What kind of receipt do you attach from 04.05, when the bass was already on the way at this time from you to me? Let's not also say that I lost the amount for round trip and customs fees of $ 500 because of you. It's not my fault that neither you nor your master just can not rebuild tools for themselves. If you have something did not suit, it is not necessary to write here is a lie.

The bass is now with the new owner and there is no problem unlike you. You still keep turning your underwear on display, although at the time of solving the problems you invented, you stopped answering my questions in private messages and just opened a dispute on paypal. Your paper means nothing. I can draw ten such pieces of paper) I also owned many basses and also know, about than say. I'm sorry I sold it to you and not to a normal customer right away so I wouldn't lose so much money.

Actually, here is the timeline of the claim:

4/5 - Had the bass guitar evaluated by 3 different luthiers at 2 different shops. The first luthier at the first shop immediately identified the twisted neck condition by sight alone, however, would not put it in writing as he did not want to get in the middle of a Paypal dispute. When I got home from the second shop (who wrote the statement), I opened the Paypal claim.

4/9 - Escalated the claim to a dispute after no response from you.

4/24 - After some back and forth with Paypal, this was the date the bass began it's journey back to you as seen by tracking number EZ197349196US.

I'm sorry this worked out the way it did, but there were no lies involved on my part. I am also out $350+ at no fault of my own. I have owned 15-20 Warwick basses and know what I'm looking at. When I received this bass, the high side of the bridge was extended a good 1/2 inch further away from the body then the low side of the bridge, which, to me, was obviously done to try and compensate for the lack of playability of the G and D strings due to the damaged neck.

My recommendation is to try and have the bass repaired while it's still in your possession, or offer to sell it with FULL disclaimer of the neck condition.

Thanks,
Andy
