Letting go my '69 Fender Precision Bass. This has been sitting for many years, was gigged for 30yrs by a buddy's Uncle... I acquired it but once I started on 5 string it has sat. Now decided to sell.
Good:
-1969 P
-Plays wonderfully, stays in tune and is in darn good shape for the vintage.
-Matching HSC
-Probable 2 owner provenance.
Bad:
-There has been some sort of repair done around the neck plate on the back body with an added Hendrix burn or odd pint/glue job many years ago. I was going to fix/refinish it but was told to leave it alone.
-Pots seem to/could have been replaced as I've done research and was told they are possibly/likely 84 vintage.
Will listen to trade offers but not likely to trade for another bass.
