Going back on the market with this - need to free up the funds. Tossing in a foot pedal to control the machine.
This Alesis SR18 is in excellent shape. Used only for practice, never taken out into the big, bad world.
Torn about letting this thing go, it is a really great piece of gear. For those of you who don't know, this thing has both instrument input and headphone out with its own volume. Add some AA batteries, plug in your bass and a pair of headphones, and voila it is a very portable and flexible practice tool. That is how I used it, and it is a great tool for that.
But as the pictures of the rear illustrate, this thing has full-on professional output capabilities, 1/4 inch outputs, MIDI in/out, and dual footswitch inputs to control it under way. Lots of flexibility in the programming, and very good sound quality, too. It also has a metal chassis, so it is also a robust thing. Slips easily into a backpack or gig bag.
I'm throwing in a $35 USB/MIDI cable for those of you who want to connect this up with other midi devices.
