I bought this a few months ago, and it's a really nice player, but I have too many P basses and I need the cash.
It gets really dry here in the winter, and a few months ago the fret ends started sticking out a bit. I knocked them down with an angled beveling file and rounded them off to improve playability. It isn't the most pro job but it feels good! The bass is light - right at eight pounds - and it plays as well as the USA Standard Jazz I have. Totally gig-worthy.
I also added Schaller strap locks and TI Jazz Flats. I think I have a nice
Gator gig bag I can ship it in (will confirm when I get home).
