In very good condition and comes as shown. I love this chorus but I had to pickup the mini version to fit on my new board so this one is now up for grabs. The switch has a nice firmness to it which I prefer over a mushy button. There is what appears to be a Sharpie mark on its front edge that I have not been able to rub off. I did not want to use any thing abrasive or harsh on the paint so I just left it alone.
