Made in 1982 I believe. MEC active pickups with Japanese 2-band preamp, volume pull to engage tone cap. Goes from super clear and crisp to very deep with numerous useful tones in between. Added a bar for better balance on the strap. Plenty of character and players wear. Truss rod works. Comfortable, unique and light weight at a little over 7lbs.
