Last price drop, now this is an INSANE deal!!! $3600!! Beautiful Fodera Custom Monarch, Almost 100% like new condition, VW classic specs, feels and plays like butter, punchy clear, fat tone. These customs sound thicker than my standard series basses, the wood combo helps that I think.

- Flame maple top
- Mahogany body
- 3-piece maple neck
- Indian Rosewood fretboard
- EMG PJ pickups
- Custom Case

9.2lbs, balances perfectly on the lap, I can take both hands off the bass and it doesn't move, makes its super easy to play.

Just played this bass again tonight after not touching it for a few weeks. Man this thing has a big low end! Sounds much bigger and more authoritative than my standard yin yang I play at work.

Yes, 34" 19mm. It's basically the victor wooten signature custom, just the bolt on version.

Man, how is this not yet sold?

I have the same one, but with a dovetail (Deluxe), and I have had Standards before, not saying the Standard aren't amazing, which they are, but it is indeed very different. The Custom one sounds more rich and full, but also feels better.

I think this has to do with the Preamp the Custom has? I really don't know
The neck and the angled head also makes a difference, I believe
