Right, but 'what it looks like' doesn't help me gauge how chunky/thin/fast-playing of a neck it is :) I have small hands, so a big ol' P-bass standard neck is too much for me.

Gorgeous bass, BTW. Looooove the Darkstar pickup choice.

I am not going to take the bass apart again. I would say this is probably more of a medium sized neck. Not a small neck, but not a big one either. Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It's just right.

Is the neck pocket of body cut “square” for a traditional tele style neck? The Warmoth tele necks are rounded at heel... Curious about the fit there. Beautiful bass...

More rounded than square. Maybe these images will help. The neck sits on top of the pickguard. Rosewood part of neck overlaps the pickguard.
