This is a T-Bird project I did, that I just do not play. (AKA "Stormtrooper") The bass started life as a Epi-Goth T-bird. I used only the body & bridge from that bass. I had the bass body painted Alpine white. Then I had Mike Lull install (2) EMG Active reverse P pick-ups in Thunderbird housing. Along with that Mike installed a Spector Tone pump with trim screw & battery box. I then installed a Lefty Mighty-Mite P bass neck w/Wilkinson tuners. I painted the face of the headstock black with some paint & clear from re-ranch. This bass sounds great, but just feels too different from my Spectors to play. I hate having basses sit in the case, so it must go. This bass has brand new Roto SB66s installed. In full disclosure I want the person buying this to know it's not perfect. If you want that spend 2K on a Mike Lull. Otherwise this is a good bass that has a few blems. It could use a good set-up. If you look very close you may be able to see where the pick-guard screws were filled in. I also had to put a shim under the neck, since the Epi-neck was a little thicker. Only trade I would be interested in would be a Mesa WD-800 with a little cash on my end.
