Up for sale is a ONE of a kind, Mint, LIKE NEW Wyn Bass.This is a custom made bass that was built and completed in 2017. I have all supporting documentation, straps and maintenance kits.
This bass has never been gigged and it has only been played inside, under a climate controlled environment at all times!!! This is a very special instrument and currently the wait time to get one of these made is approx 5 years.
This bass is 34" scale, has18mm spacing at the bridge, has 24 frets, woods are Cocobolo heartwood top, Paduck tones layers, African Mahogany core and Quilted Maple back, 7pc taper core neck thru and Cocobolo heartwood & Sapwood fret board. Currently the bass is setup with a very low action and it has no buzz or dead tones/spots anywhere on the neck. Comes with Aguilar 3 band active pre-amp, two Nordstrand Fat Stack Pickups, Hipshot high tinsel strength aluminum Ultra lite tuners.
As far as the sound, I would say this bass is aggressive, punchy, focused in the mix, clear, snappy and it has a nice growl but can also be warm and smooth when necessary. The great thing about Wyns is their versatility!
Included with this bass is a Wyn logo Momo gig bag (which usually is an extra option for $250), it also comes fitted with Dunlop straplocks and a leather strap with the Wyn logo. Shipping is free to the continental US. Sound clip included in thread below
