Got this recently in a trade and it's a great bass but I'm more of a jazz bass player. It weighs in at 8.4 lbs which is easy on the back!! It's a swamp ash body, satin natural finish, a 3-piece maple graphite-reinforced, quarter-sawn neck, and a Pau Ferro fingerboard. The pickups are Bartolini Classic Bass, with Bart NTMB pre-amp. It has active bass, treble and push pull mids. 1.5 and a 34 inch scale. It comes with a very nice Roscoe bag 1700 to CONUS
