Audio Technica AE2500 Dual-Element kick drum microphone. This mic has both a dynamic and condenser element in one microphone. Sounds great on kick drum, and the ability to blend between the two elements is outstanding. I bought this mic for $550 new, and I have only used it in my home studio. Great condition and comes with the original mount, special cable, and box. Works and sounds great! $330.00 shipped to lower 48.

My fav kick mic!
As a live sound guy... I run this mic inside the drum most often. Pointed at the beater as much as possible. The dynamic side is BEEF! Serious, like it’s what’s for dinner BEEF. The condenser side is knife... want a big Reggae Kick? Dial that on the dynamic side. Oh, they called a Metal tune... Hah! Bring up the condenser, drop the dynamic a hair...

Eagles to Marley to Zeppelin to Death Metal in two sliders and never touching an eq (after the initial dial in of course). Can ya tell I’m a fan ?

I also have a trusty D6 which is money, gets the call a in festival settings... have had Heil, Shure and AKG. The AT smacks ‘em all down once upyou get the hang of it and have 2 channels for kick.
