I can't say enough good things about this instrument. It has a one of a kind paint job by JW Black, the man who wrote the book on Fender relicing. Sadowsky only did a couple of these. This might be the only P bass they did with him, and it is indeed the nicest finish I have ever seen or felt.
Aside from that, I take great care of my basses, so this plays perfectly, very little to no fretwear, and has an all around smooth, vibey tone.
This would run about 6k new nowadays, not to mention you couldn't get it with this finish.
