Selling my Sadowsky NYC PJ5. Got this from a well known country bass player whose name rhymes with "Shmully Shmennedy". It was a studio bass not a tour bass so while it has some minor players wear it is in fantastic shape. Ash body, maple neck and serious Sadowsky tone. There is one small ding on the bottom edge under the bridge, some minor scratching on the pickguard and a few minor scratches/bumps on the top of the headstock but other than that nothing of note. Plays and sound amazing as you would expect.
The serial is in the low 4000's so it was estimated that it was a 2003 or 2004, somewhere in that range. Not chambered but only 8lb 9oz so best of both worlds.
Not really looking for any trades as I am trying to get down to just 3 basses and also recoup some cash. I may consider a trade that would net me at least $1500 but would really prefer cash. As for trades only 5 string active basses please.
Price includes shipping in North America with the original Sadowsky lightweight case.
