WHAT A BEAUTY! Is it actually a Forum II? I have one just like it in blue and it's great bass. These get no respect because of the pointy headstock and the shark's teeth inlays. Oh well. Someone should snap this one up quickly!

Apparently someone did. I think the Forum II was the same as the I but was a bolt on. Forum III was a neck thru with a slightly different bod, different inlays and different hardware, and the Forum IV was like a III but a bolt on.

Well someone just got a GREAT deal on a helluva underrated bass! Mine, which is NOT FOR SALE, is definitely a Forum II and a neckthru.

Not sure what to think about your bass other than someone changed the truss rod cover because I don't think it's a Forum II. Looks like yours is a Forum I to me. I don't think the III (the other neck thru) had an arched top like yours. See below for the description of the different models. Maybe there is something I missed. The more I think back on the Forum I I owned, I like the feel of it better than the Spectors I've owned, and I think build quality is every bit as good. Then again, I've never owned a NS-2, only Korean and Euro models.
