I ended up with two of these and only need one. This has completely changed the feel of using IEMs whether ampless or not. I don't run a loud IEM mix to begin with, but with the BackBeat, I've turned the bass down even more. It quickly turned into one of those must-haves for me!
This one is one of the original versions that does not rumble through the Aux port (it's my understanding the new ones do). No big deal, as with an ⅛" to ¼" adapter, you can run your IEM mix into the unit (I preferred just my bass through it after trying both ways).
