Fender Roscoe Beck V bass. Three tone sunburst with black pickguard. Neck is true and plays fast. Ridiculously low action. Overall very clean, a few player wear nicks (pen tip sized) around rear bottom contour. The alder body is highly resonant and gives a nice rich jazz tone. Strung with new DR Hi Beams.
Upgraded Fender Jazz bass knobs. Cavity is shielded. Just acquired from original owner who purchased the bass in 1997. Original case and paperwork included.
At this point, I am interested in trading for a rosewood board Stingray 5 or for a Lakland Skyline 55-02. Turns out I'm not that into passive jazz basses--I prefer an active preamp on board!
