I picked up this StingRay 5 in Medallion Gold back in September. Since picking this up, it has a fresh set of Slinkys and was set up and intonated by Dan Atkins at JT's Music in Clovis. Dan only charged me half his fee, said he didn't have to do much to it at all.
According to the EBMM website, this bass was born on January 5, 2005, and is in wonderful shape for a bass that just celebrated its 15th birthday. This bass plays wonderfully and sounds how it should. The only issues are some obligatory light dings on the end of the headstock, and a ding near the input jack. You should be able to see in the photos. Weight is 10.75 lbs. Includes fully functional hard case with typical signs of 15 years of use.
