You know about this bass and if you don't, click the link below for everything you'll ever want to know about this amazing bass. It is in fantastic shape and has one little ding on the upper bout (see picture) where one of my artists (a feisty ginger pitched a fit and knocked her guitar into my bass (it was worth it by the way). Light as a feather (5.5 lbs), great acoustic sound and plays like a dream. The ONLY reason I'm selling is my hand pain has limited me to short scale basses. :-( Don't get me wrong, I love my Kinal Kompact and my Rob Allen Mouse but I HATE that I can't play my Ren any more. My pain is your gain.

Comes with a very nice Protec gig bag and as you can see, I made a dongle to alleviate the slight neck dive.

If you're interested, give me a shout and stay safe!

Hello Mr. Crocodile,
Is your Renaissance bass still for sale? It looks great, but a bit over my budget: More time to play, but less work/$. What's your current price?
Thank you,
Roland

Hi Roland. Yeah, she's a beauty. She's been with me a long time and I have been very reluctant to sell even though I don't play her anymore due to my physical limitations. I guess it's kind of an emotional thing. She was my first premium bass and we've been through a lot together (man, I've got to get a girlfriend) :D Anywho, I've gotten right with us parting ways and I think my price is fair. I did my research and this is what they typically sell for. Even the Michael Kelly version is close to this price and I'm sure you know the difference! You, of course are welcome to make an offer which I will consider but I must tell you that I have another interested party on the other side of the state who is deliberating so the first person to move will be the lucky buyer and If I don't sell right now, then we just get to spend more platonic time together. If you want any further information, just let me know. Stay safe! All the best, Mark

Shipping is no problem. My company has a shipping department, which, unfortunately is shuttered  but that is no problem as I can take care of it. Also, I always save my guitar boxes so it will be well packed and insured. I just shipped an over-sized, custom built acoustic/electric bass to Indiana (my second to last full scale bass). I had to build a custom box (it was enormous) and it arrived in perfect condition. At the listing price, I will even cover the shipping expense. Let me know. Take care, Mark.

Thanks for your payment. It's already boxed and ready to go. I expect it to ship today by UPS. I will provide you with the tracking number once it has been generated. Thanks and enjoy the bass. I hope she brings you as much enjoyment as she brought me! Take care, Croc.

P.S. Since you may be as bored as me right now, feel free to Google "Goldberg Bukstel" or "Peters Road Swamp Blues Band" to see some youtubes of me in concert. :bassist:

Hi Ron. I have attached a pdf of the shipping label with the tracking number. It went out today. I also put fresh batteries in the pickup compartment. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Enjoy and stay safe, Mark

Mark, I received the bass today. It looks fine, but I can't get it to play through my amp. Suggestions? I also don't know how the knobs should be turned or to get into the pickup compartment. 805-765-5600 if we could discuss.
