TBH, i’ve never had a Squier. That said, the guard came from Warmoth and i’m sure you could find the info you’re after from them. I do know two holes in the guard don’t match the holes in an MIM j body but it’s such an easy thing to fill and drill and it’s not like there’s any intrinsic value in the MIM and offshore production bodies so why sweat it? I wanted to get a set of white pickup covers and dye them red To match the guard and put it on a gloss black body but i wound up with pickups glued in their covers.
