I just got this great circa 2012 select precision. I also ran into a situation and need to liquidate some stuff. Nearly mint with an aftermarket tortoise shell pick guard. This bass could be my number one, but its the most recent acquisition so maybe it will be gone before I have a chance to miss it. Comes with original case and candy. See pics;
The bass and I are in the Baltimore/DC area.

it’s just under 8lbs using the ‘bathroom scale’ method.
Another edit: now I’m getting 8.4 lbs on the ‘bathroom scale’ method, let’s call it that.
Next edit; I just dropped something on the fingerboard when I was trying to photograph something. It definitely made a dent at the third fret. I added a pic of it, and understand if any offers get changed.
Trade wise, fretless, 5 strings, uprights, tubas, maybe even a great guitar.
