I'll probably take this down, but I want to see what I can do to mix up my gear. I'm not super sold on a trade, but just playing around to see what's out there and dangle a carrot to all the Ric lovers out there.
For the record, I wasnt a Ric fanatic before this bass. I thought it sounded too much like a p bass to make it worth it, but this bass has beef and sustain unlike my American p. It has a nice thick slap sound that isnt talked about, and I think that's due to the walnut wood.
I have a 2015 Rickenbacker 4003w (it's the walnut version). Perfect condition. I've done the polarity conversion and it's dead silent. I also took off the bridge pup cover and have the aftermarket bezel cover.
Comes with original case.
I'm really in love with the purple Adam Clayton P bass, but they are few and far between. Let me know what you have and we'll see.
I'm also very open to a Smith 5 string with quilt maple top. Cash coming from me, obviously.
