Kit attaches to the tripod stand and supports the end pin stand when not holding the instrument. There are some nicks, scratches, and scrapes none are visible when using. Everything works fine and it does hold the end pin stand when you're not using the instrument. Note: This kit will not work with stock NXT or WAV4 bass stand.
