I commissioned the construction of several sets 5-string pickups that started with the 60's jazz bass pickup design, and each branched out from it in a one, different way– Different magnets in one set, different pole pieces in another, etc. After trying every combination of the different neck and bridge pickups, I have kept my favorite (normal/AlNiCo5 neck, big pole bridge), and I'm selling the rest here. You might be interested in an individual set, or maybe you're curious like me and would like to buy the whole group so you can experiment with your own combinations.
Ceramic set: Differently voiced– darker and edgier at the same time if that makes sense. $55

Big Poles neck pickup: Notes sound HUGE and fat. $27.50

Sold: AlNiCo II set: Had a vintage quality that seemed quite versatile. $55
Sold: Also: I have a set of Creamery jazz bass 5-string pickups, with the experimental feature of extra-tall pole pieces for extreme clarity. The leads on one of them have been cut a bit short– Might work on your bass or might need to have new leads attached, so I'll sell this set for half-price at $27.50.

Buyer pays shipping.
Please note: Selling from Canada, just north of Seattle. Like with any border-crossing, there can be delays at customs beyond my control.
Update– I have removed a few from this listing that I've decided to keep.
