I bought one of these almost 15 years ago. I've done a bit of work to it over the years - removed the selector switch and rewired the controls like a Jazz bass - V-V-T - with new pots, cap, etc. Also did extensive grounding and shielding, put on a new bridge, it sounds and plays like a champ and is a keeper beast. I've tried other post-2000 Yamaha basses and I like this one more than any of the others.

Do you have a picture of the new bridge on it?
