Gorgeous Lakland bass i traded for on here maybe a little less than 2 years ago. It has a great B string as advertised, sounds great but shortly after I got it I got a Wilkins 5 string and for me the 35" is just not comfortable enough for me even though IMO it's the best B string. This is a gorgeous color, sets up great and sounds really good in a mix. This one I've gigged twice right before i got the Wilkins, haven't gigged it since so it really hasn't been played much. The added benefit and main reason I initially purchased it is it weighs just over 8 lbs. On my scale it says 8.1 which is pretty awesome for a 5. There is a blemish on the edge near the controls, i called Lakland and he told me how to fill it, it had some paint chip off on that edge maybe the size of a dime, it's visible from 2 or 3 feet away but any farther than that and it's hard enough to see, so this is not a museum piece for the collector, hence the lowered price. 900 shipped Local sale will be save you money for sure
