For sale: MEC active preamp and 5 string active soapbar pickups. The preamp is a 3 band and has one stacked pot.
My COVID project has been to replace the MEC preamp and pickups in my Streamer Stage 1. I replaced the preamp with a Mike Pope preamp and the pickups with a set of custom MJS Pickups (Toronto, Ontario-area pickup maker; He does a great job!).
[*Side note: If you know of anyone who can do wooden knobs, please let me know.]
Since I don't need these, I thought I'd see if anyone else wanted them. I also have the gold knobs that came with the bass and fits on these pots, and can throw them in if the buyer wishes. Note that the pots are European measurements and the pickups are off a broad-neck bass.
