Details

FS only. Mike Arnopol custom 8ohm 15/6 cab with a Faital 15FH500 woofer and a Faital M5N8-80 mid driver and passive crossover. Made from Okoume light weight ply. The cab measures 17 3/4 wide, 24 tall, 14 deep and has four ports on the back with removable plugs to help fine tune the low end. Weights approx 32 lbs. Has handles on sides and on top for easy move. Black duratex finish. Selling because I recently purchased a fEarful 15/6 to pair with my fEarful 12/6. However, the 12/6 paired with this MAS cabinet.....awesome, and in some ways I like it better than the FF15/6.

Cut sheet on the 15FH500 is here; https://www.speakerhardware.com/prodimages/ftal/fneo/15/15FH500_datasheet_8.pdf

Not looking to ship, but if I’m talked into it, all shipping and insurance is on the buyer.

PayPal accepted.

Thanks for looking!

Not sure what shipping would be if you are seriously interested. I know weight will not be the issue, just size.

I’ve saved a few packaging items over the past year knowing that it would go on the market. It will be packaged nicely.

I feel I need to address my comment in the OP regarding how it pairs, and compares to a FF 12/6 & 15/6.

I’ve played a lot of shows with both the MAS and 12/6, quite a few with the MAS solo and quite a few with the 12/6 solo. I’ve yet to play a show with both FF’s (thanks C-19!). Here’s my take.

MAS and 12/6; these are an awesome match. The Fatials in the MAS don’t have the total HiFi nature of the FF, but to not distract either. This combo provides a very tight bottom end. The last large show I played was an outdoor gig last summer. I had so many guitarists (yes guitar dudes) compliment my tone. The bass players gave up on the Ampeg house rig and begged to use my rig. Amp was my Mesa D-800+.

MAS solo’d; no problem filling small to medium venues without FOH assistance. I play in an original rock band with a damn hard hitting drummer. Tone wise, the Fatial’s provide a tad of “vintage tone”. If that makes sense. Vintage, not dark! 2 of these cabs would be heaven.

FF 15/6 and 12/6; I’ve only rehearsed with both since purchasing the 15/6 and noticed a pretty decent bump in the low end. I believe it’s in the porting; MAS = rear, FF = front.

Hope this helps!

Dallas, OR also home to Marco Bass Guitars!

Any chance you'd meet me at the factory outlets in Woodburn ? That's about 90 minutes for me.

D... I have a very sweet Mike Lull, a very sweet Valenti. Marco's work is on par and in your town. The man is an artist with wood and he rolls some of the best pickups I have ever heard. Truly next level. My N1 P4 is the best P bass I've played .. and that is a low end bass for him... You really should get to know him.

Last post for me in this thread. I'm liking this cab a lot. Not sure what it's ultimate volume can be - it's compact and light and goes deep... seems to be plenty on tap for what I do though. Vintagy tone. Yeah. I get that. Mesa D-800+ voice at noon, treble at about 10:00 o'clock. Very Ampeg'ish. Flip the deep switch on, Neck pickup (Nordy Big Blade) play up by the neck and I'm deeep roots mon. de rocks gonna melt, de sea gonna burn. So yeah. Cool cab!
