Details

Here's a Lefty body that survived a long career with little wear, due to being covered in a hand painted psychedelic paint job. The paint has been carefully removed by hand down to the original finish and is in amazing condition.

The serial number starts with S8, so 1977 to around 80 would be the approximate age.

The oiginal pickguard has very little wear, and the pickup and bridge covers are like new. The mute is still on the bridge cover and is still pliable. No screws for the covers. The electronics cavity has been shielded.

I've managed to capture a few small dings in the finish, but it's difficult to capture every scrape on a natural body.

Free shipping CONUS. Please ask any questions you may have.

It does have a very faint smell of incense on occasion; the bass has flashbacks;)

Weight is a hair over 6lbs with pickguard/covers/screws.

It is a 3 piece body. The neck did not come out as well as the body re: removing paint so I'm holding onto it to decide the best course of action. It had a fretless rosewood neck originally.

I weighed it and it comes in a hair over 6lbs with pickguard/covers/screws.
