Will sell one of the basses described below for 1150 USD or CDN equivalent, shipped CONUS or to most of CAN (maritimes/ far north extra as required).

This superb instrument is not only a great bass in its' own right, but also pretty much the perfect travel bass; in it’s branded, padded gig bag it fits in an airplane overhead bin. It has been carried on several flights and never questioned. I loved it so much I bought 2, but have decided to keep only 1. Custom ordered by me and delivered Aug/19. Black limba top over chambered alder body. Gorgeous neck through/maple board/blocks/stainless frets. 3-band active, 18V pre/ pull for passive.... 34”/ 19mm takes std strings. 8 lbs. Has a couple of minuscule marks (see pic) but 9.95/10. I installed a recessed Dunlop strap lock receiver in the lower body edge for my bass belt (see pic)-no other mods or issues. Growly tone from the solo humbucker sounds like the love child of MM & P. I might consider partial trades +/- $$ either way for a 4 or 6 space shallow rack case, light power amp or unicorns like a 34" Lakland or Elrick 5er.

Please scroll further down the thread to see the 2nd available bass.

Man....I have trade bait, but not sure if I wanna offer it up yet. I don’t “need” another bass. ;)

but, look at my MESA Prodigy in the classifieds.

Oh man, so tempting, was planning on doing a new multiscale AW5 this year, but being able to grab this at a discount and save the exchange might make it worth it

You might want to jump on this, considering they quit making the Amos Williams model.

Do you have any insight into why the D/C'ed this? I have another one and this makes me question parting with either of 'em.

Apparently Amos is playing Ibanez now. He said he just was looking for a different sound or something. I wondered if they even built any of the multi scale ones.

Here's the other one (I'd part with either). Tobacco burst over poplar burl top on alder body/maple neck, ebony board/ offset dots, chambered, passive, single volume knob and series/parallel toggle, Dunlop locks, 8.2 lbs, Kiesel soft travel case.

Canada, Eh!
Those are beautiful basses! I like the recessed straplock for bass belt idea. Have you posted about your bass belt somewhere? A friend of mine with wrecked shoulders/collarbones is looking to fabricate some kind of bass belt soon ( he just ordered his first bass...)

Do they not sell these any more? I tried looking on the site about them but couldnt find anything. Whats the difference between that and a vader bass? Is it just the electronics?

It seems Amos jumped ship to Ibanez so Kiesel no longer offers it. This model is a Vader but with the dual coil pup somewhere between the "P" and "MM" positions. The 2nd one (birds eye poplar) also has a simplified, passive setup per my custom order.
