The back story: I'm not sure I've ever sold a bass that I've liked this much, and I've acquired and sold quite a few. Why do it then? The simple answer is that I'm trying out a new strategy...to pare down my current collection to one primary bass, one 5 string, and couple others for different tonal options. We'll see how it goes...it might be a failed experiment.
The truth: This bass sounds and plays nearly as good as my newly acquired Custom Shop Precision. That's not hyperbole...it really is that good.
The deets: It's in excellent condition, which is saying something, considering the fragile nitro finish on these basses. I think I'm the 2nd owner, but it has obviously not been played much. There is a single small imperfection towards the back of one of the horns that is pictured...other than that, it's pristine. It's nice and light, at 8lbs. 7ozs. Even the case is in great shape, without evidence of being carried or banged around.
