This bass is dialed in perfectly, well balanced, gig ready and light! Sleek, lower action, set up superbly and the SD Antiquities are just a joy to play through the upgraded, passive controls. The linear volumes make for a more gradual blend between pickups. The non-factory features* take this J bass to a whole different level of genuine ’60s Jazz magic. I could only find two bumps (as shown) and of course you have a little swirling on the pickguard.
