For sale Ashdown 550 Touring 115H Combo

Downsizing to a more manageable amount of gear, so this is on the block. I purchased it from the original owner, who had scored it from Ashdown at NAMM 2011 and promptly put it in storage until I had bought it. Includes the original packaging. I believe this was built specifically for the show, since the production combos that I could find info on either had black grille cloth or the metal grille. Made in the UK, solid state with tube preamp. It can get monstrously loud, and more than held its own in practice with a drummer who hits the kit like he’s mad at it. I’ve had it for almost two years, never left our practice space. It does have some minor knicks in the tolex, which I did my best to capture in the pictures, but is otherwise clean and functions perfectly. 8ohm with an additional speaker out in case you want to get really loud. It weighs 70ish pounds, so local pickup only, unless you want to come to an arrangement on shipping. I can meet anywhere up to an hour from downtown Baltimore. No trades, thanks.
