Just got this back in from RAC Music here in Columbus, OH (repair shop certified/approved by Mesa Boogie). Repair invoice attached.

2.0 New Ribbon Cable
3.0 New EQ Faders
4.0 (4) brand new Mesa KT88 power tubes (the other four KT88's were good)

Clean bill of health and ready to roar for years to come. The amp is functionally 100% good-to-go.

All updates via Mesa Boogie OEM parts. Work completed by Rob @ RAC Music / Mad Cow Amplification.

Sorry to hear that story, not typical of TB sellers IMHO.

But I have one of these myself and it is an epic amp. GLWTS!

A couple weeks ago I finally got the energy (I had a total knee replacement back in May) to take the amp to Rob @ RAC Music in Columbus to see what the problem was. You can imagine I was quite floored to find out all the issues he discovered. Anyway, that's the story.
