For sale 1974 Fender Precision Bass

For sale or trade is this killer Vintage 1974 Precision Bass. I am the 2nd owner of this Bass . The original owner bought this new and passed away a few months ago. He changed the electronics completely a few years ago. I was not able to locate the original electronics unfortunately. However he did put CTS pots and Seymour Duncan Basslines pups in it! It sounds like steinway! Its the biggest sounding and most resonant P Bass ive ever had my hands around! The neck is laser rule straight original frets are clean. Action is low and plays like butter. This was his main instrument for over 40 years and it has the patina to prove it. Butterscotched and finish checked. Been played its whole life in every bar in northern Mi. Its the lightest swamp ash ive ever seen. 8.8 pounds of kick your teeth in killer Bass! It has a crack in the pickguard by the jack wich is very common. Its been repaired and does not move. I have the original thumb rest. It comes with a non original hardcase. This is as good a precision as you'll find. She's not the princess of the ball..She's the hot biker chick with tattoos!
