I recently bought this and as much as I like it I am just a p bass guy at heart
I installed fralin hc pickups
Bridge 10% over
Neck 5% over
These pickups work well in the bass.
They have less mid scoop than original and a overall fatter sound


Bass weighs in a little under 8 and a half pounds.
Chambered body and a neck to die for
