I had this bass built in late 2018 and picked out every option. The bass is truly special in that every note sings and cuts clearly and powerfully in a mix. I've got a hankering for a new Sadowsky so I need to free up money for one I have coming available in a couple weeks. The B string is as good as any bass I've owned and the electronics are perfection with Nordie DC's and the 3 band preamp with VTC control. The build, playability and tone are 2nd to no one in the boutique world. Devons basses are in some much demand that there is currently a 18 month waiting list. Save big on this bass as it would cost you around $4500 to build now.
