Below are pictures of a wired Jazz Bass control plate loaded with CTS pots (V/V/T), jack, 430 microfarad capacitor (standard stuff for a Jazz bass) and nice modern looking knobs. It also has screw in terminals for solderless connection of your pickups. There are small scratches, etc. from being used, but is in great condition. Sorry, I don't have screws for the plate.
